Is the club defrauding loyal supporters?

All parts more or less, a lot of the Arthur. At two they are around 70 something, when I put in three in a row 90 something each. Just follow the link and have a look.
Oh thanks, followed the link, easy enough. I was looking at Main Stand H Block. £150 to £199 per seat.
Several times the price they should be with a membership. The club must, and I repeat just must know what's going on and where these seats originate from.

I'm wondering if they're friends and family seats for players and staff, along with some sponsors' seats maybe? Just guessing.
It seems that there's some kind of side dealing of tickets for sure.

In previous years (talking over 5 years ago) that was the case in Main Stand H Block. Players who were not playing (injured etc) sat around here along with members of their family and friends. Sometimes blocks were given to junior / youth players. This is no longer the case. Now its all tourist type folk sitting in these seats. This season I have been asking how these folk obtained there seats. 100% of the answers have been from ticket agencies and at vastly inflated prices. This is what makes it so suspicious. Many of these seats have never been available as season ticket seats.

A lot of the seats are Arthur Wait.
I'm pretty sure they wouldn't give those out to friends and family.
The toilets are pretty grim.

Agreed.

Last time I was in the Arthur Wait it was the "New Stand" enclosure (standing at the front half of the stand) 😊. Happy days, junior season ticket £16! Toilets didn't seem that bad back then.

Any one had success or failure in attempting to purchase tickets for Arsenal in Carabao Cup. 1st phase this morning for season ticket holders and members if either have 8000 points.

Success. No problem in getting ticket this morning and judging by the amount already sold doesn't seem to have a problem to many others either.

£78 looks to be the cheapest ticket they are selling for this game (Arthur Waite stand) but on each ticket they are charging a £23.55 service charge!

These companies are just absolute shysters!

On my last visit to the Box Office I chatted with one of the staff and learned that they are acting on suspect tickets. Approach seems to be cancel and sell to known supporters on the day. Gives a need for supporters to queue on the matchday and would explain grouped empty seats.

Been giving this some thought. So how exactly do they go about it. Sounds like going from one dodgy practise to another.

So am I correct if I sell my ticket back to the club if I cannot make a game and they pay me £33 this is getting sold back to Ticketmaster, who are charging inflated prices??

I get £28 back if I miss a game and put it up for re-sale. The club try to sell it at £53

I sold my ticket back to the club for a similar price last year for Brentford game as was ill and they too put it on sale for much more.

But I haven’t really got a problem with this as they gave me back the money that I paid for it in my season ticket deal and then put it at the price I would have to pay on the day if I didn’t have a season ticket.

The only issue I’d have is if it’s not going to Palace members or Gold fans and was ending up with Ticketmaster to sell for a few hundred to some foreign tourist who has no interest in supporting our club.

When I realised the price they were selling it at my first reaction was what a rip off, but to be fair I benefit from what I regard as a cheap season ticket so I quickly changed my view to if the club can get some money back on the odd game that I miss then so what? As long as the season tickets stay a reasonable price then I’m happy.
The club is a business at the end of the day trying to punch above its weight at elite level and make as much money as possible, it’s just a shame SOME fans do struggle to get tickets ahead of the tourists

Don't think that is the case, sale of tickets of those not able to attend is done properly although at a higher price than that refunded to season ticket holder. The issue is with the huge amount of tickets available on secondary selling sites not available to those who have paid good money for memberships.
