Edouard wouldn't even be able to get jobseekers as they wouldn't be convinced that he was willing to work. The debate about whether he is better than edouard is all well and good But who is going take on Edouard at £84k a week!!
There is no way we should sell Mateta to make space for Nketiah and still have Edouard on the payroll.
If Nketiah comes in with the right attitude and a desire to prove himself then this could work out. He could have sat on Arsenal's bench getting rich and possibly getting a cup or league winner's medal, so his willingness to move without being pushed is one positive sign. If Edouard doesn't go and we sign Nketiah then this would be a very Palace transfer window: lose 5-8 players none of which are a striker. Sign a striker.
