We should really be loaning out Franca. There's no indication of him being anything other than a youngster with a few minutes here and there for us. Even when he is fit. If he could play League One or Championship for a few months, we'd find out if he's got it in him to deal with the physicality of the Premier League.

Nothing new at Palace for years its been said we need to spend etc and we don't.
When we do always looking for super cheapo players who end up being waste of time (or we over pay for people in a panic)
When you look back it really shows how Roy did a great job.

This is why you bring in people who are good at it.
We are always lagging behind and take forever to get deals over the line. (we have missed out on fair few people because of it and then had to panic buy)
It's hard when you keep dragging things out trying to save pennies and in the end you don't.
It has been well documented many times how Palace have been told this is the price and they still keep trying to low ball (Semenyo was an example he wasn't even expensive (around 10mil) but for weeks we kept trying to get them reduce price another club comes in straight away agree price done deal)
Lots of things we half ass them a big one is this stuff with the stadium.

Noticed how our transfer rumours started off with "we were going to splash the cash", then went onto a couple of decent players, but have now turned into some nightmare uncle you didn't know you had.
We were saying the same yesterday. He will not be afraid to walk, he has laid his cards on the table let’s hope SP takes it on board. TBF to Glasner he has his reputation as a coach/manager to protect

We spent in the summer - just not too well !
Can't see the club spending too much in January. If JPM doesn't sign a new contract - he will be sold - also maybe MG - though not for the money SP wanted last summer. They could raise £75+m which could buy us 3 or 4 descent players but probably not till the summer now. Think this season will now will be all about survival - again!
It will be criminal if they do not renew JPM contract, one of the most improved players and has totally brought into the club. He is not asking for the earth, pay him and let’s get in with it
