Talented player but would have concerns about his athleticism in the Prem.
Yup, along with a sea of observations on suitability for the Prem and Glasner's style. We will be 'Linked' with a plethora of players and I suspect in most cases the reports can be filed under 'Hogwash'.
Maybe the same concerns that Villa had when they sold him to Boro.Talented player but would have concerns about his athleticism in the Prem.
Apropos Finn Azaz, I am informed that he was a goal scoring midfielder for WBA U23s and that he was an impressive and creative passer of the ball for the team.Maybe the same concerns that Villa had when they sold him to Boro.
Well it wouldn't be a proper transfer season without us being linked to a Diouf, would it.
And they all sound like someone who's just taken a free kick in the Newington Butts.Well it wouldn't be a proper transfer season without us being linked to a Diouf, would it.
He does look a real talent but there are also rumours Napoli are interested. I feel like he's outside of our grasp, although if Eze left it might be a possibility. It would certainly be a statement signing. Emanuel Emergha seems an unusual one because of the relationship between Strasbourg and Chelsea. Additionally, unless JP or Nketiah leave, I can't see us signing another striker.I know it’s only clickbait, but Lee Kang-In from PSG looks worth a look, not a regular starter, but looks quality, like a left footed Eze, only 24, ticks the boxs, on 70k euros a week, with Emanuel Emergha also two i hope are not "Hogwash" 😎

Yes, i think you may be right, but, if you discount Muñoz who has singed a extension to his contract, then IMO Eze and Mateta are the hardest to replace, i wouldn't be too upset if we started with, Lee Kang-In, Emergha and Sarr starting as our front three. He does look a real talent but there are also rumours Napoli are interested. On this, here you go - a left back Everything indicates player set to leave as Crystal Palace move in for him - Sport WitnessWith regard to possible free transfers I recall that Lerma's move to us was telegraphed way ahead.
We don't seem to have replicated this on this occasion.
We've been linked with a number of 'frees,' but there has been no concrete information e g on Bright Samuel or Reinaldo.
It may be that moves for them are speculation or could be impacted by their own contractual situations, but most on here take the view that we need to address cover in the wing back positions.
If we were to keep the existing team together(great if unlikely) we could arguably only need an additional LWB and RWB/Defender.
We have enough midfielders and should not be blocking the progress of Franca and Esse in advanced positions.
This seems to go against our model of buying younger players with sell on prices. If true I can only assume that this is a temporary strategy. On this, here you go - a left back Everything indicates player set to leave as Crystal Palace move in for him - Sport Witness
I genuinely think this is Glasner 's input. Just an opinion. This seems to go against our model of buying younger players with sell on prices. If true I can only assume that this is a temporary strategy.
We will need extra players next season for Europe but be honest how many of us expect to be in Europe season after season? So bringing in stop gap players on maybe shorter contracts as cover makes sense, as long as the club doesn't saddle us with ageing players on long term contracts.
Could well be right AS. My initial reaction to this story was that a 31 yr old doesn't fit our profile, but I guess Ollie may well be looking to bolster our squad for our European campaign. So, a short term approach could be an opportunity to assess our performance.ourI genuinely think this is Glasner 's input. Just an opinion.
It just reminded me of the signings of Munoz and Kamada. Munoz getting towards end of contract - not young although not old. Low fee - but has been great. If he hadn't have done so well, he wouldn't have had much sell on value. Great deal in the end.Could well be right AS. Possibly, we have our key targets and I suspect that Ollie wants a left wing back but it's not a priority position, so he's happy to go for a short term solution that doesn't cost too much.I genuinely think this is Glasner 's input. Just an opinion.
