Palace potentially denied entry to Europa League?

I think Glasner will be off if we don’t win appeal. We can argue all we like about “material influence” but it was a school boy error for the board to expose the club and fans to this risk.

This is arguably the most pivotal time for us in the last 25 years and we’ve been let down by sloppy careless owners.

Such is life…
I think it is unlikely he will leave if we don’t get Europa, he has integrity and clearly enjoys it at palace. IMO will see out contract and then leave unless we achieve further success this season and kick on

Wisbech

I don’t post here often but ever since I read your irrational defences of Biden’s mental cognitive state, lasting well after he was dribbling on stage, talking complete gobbledygook and virtually soiling his pants, I take what you say with a pinch of salt. Things stick in people’s memory old chap.

Thanks anyway.
What events in the USA have to do with our situation with EUFA is a bit of a mystery but I am not going to revisit what I might have said at the time, and what the context was. You do though rather lay out your prejudices in clear view. I trust the CAS panel are more objective.

What do you mean the club, textor owned just under half of the club. Thats like saying no owner should use a blind trust as its not the club thats done anything wrong.
He had, at 25%, equal voting rights with the other 3 Directors.

Any shareholder with a controlling interest would have had the motivation to place their shares in a blind trust if such a device navigated around the rules. Which whitewash the reality anyway.

Those without did not. The club itself had no influence over such decisions.

No club has an influence over the decision of an owner, its all irrelevant anyway, its like buying a player on deadline day and not registering him on time, that's the rules regardless if you think they're fair or not
