The fact the player admitted to talking to Glasner suggested this deal was always likely to happen if we could agree a fee. By all accounts sounds like he could be a bit of a bargain. Plus he was already playing in a back three at Wolfsburg, as well as having played under Glasner before. It would be good to sign a couple more to ease the pain of watching Brighton going on a Supermarket Sweep shopping spree across Europe.
