Israel v Hamas

Talk about it as much as you like - for instance, no one's going to arrest you for it, or cancel you for your views. Even call everyone who supported it fascists and Nazis. Again, nothing's going to happen to you except someone disagreeing.
However, criticise Islam or immigration for example and you will likely get into trouble. Think about that. But I guess I'm far right and part of a bully boy cabal. Really.
Why do you imagine criticism of Islam or immigration is going to get you into trouble?

So long as you don’t incite others to break the law nothing is going to happen. It’s actions which create trouble for people. Not opinions.

I criticise all religions, Islam included, for dogmatic beliefs that position themselves as superior to others. I don’t believe they should be seen in public. I criticise immigration policy and the way it is managed. These are subjects that need to be aired, but not in a way that deliberately causes harm or distress to others.

Better watch out in the future then.

Has anyone got any idea who might pay for the re-build of Gaza and the West Bank ?

I have a feeling it won't be Israel,
or the USA
or the arms companies that supplied Israel.

I thought i heard 2TK say it was going to be 'us' in PMQ today. Seems about right 😵👎
Especially as the UK has been involved on the Israeli side.

There may actually be charges against the UK at the international court later on.

For very obvious reasons the USA and Israel do not recognise the ICC.

😎

Oh look, 'the left' again. Quite convenient having this non-descript bogeyman to blame for everything you don't like isn't it.

Who and what specifically from 'the left' reduced the strength and importance of this country globally? The biggest single event in my lifetime to do that begins with B, but we're not allowed to talk about that any more. And that very much came from 'the right'.
Oh come on Dan, we all know that was bisexuality!

We have plenty of spare cash in the UK treasury, why not throw it at Gaza. He is full of words

The Jew hater combines a post with UK hate, double whammy. At least you didn't just cut and paste a Guardian headline so that's a change.

Any charges against Hamas anywhere?

Pro-Palestinian activists were planning London march as Oct 7 massacre unfolded

06 February 2025 8:37pm GMT

Pro-Palestinian activists were planning a demonstration through London as the Oct 7 massacre was taking place, it has emerged.

At 12.50pm on the day of the 2023 terror attack, while it was still ongoing, the Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) notified the Metropolitan Police that they intended to hold a protest.

A PSC organiser told police over the phone that the group planned to march through London on the following Saturday, Oct 14, a freedom of information request revealed.

News that Hamas terrorists were attacking Israeli civilians in the southern part of the country had emerged on the morning of Oct 7.

By the time the PSC spoke to the police, Hamas had taken hostages and killed hundreds of people across towns and villages next to the Gaza Strip. Videos had also circulated on social media, showing terrorists taking Israeli hostages to Gaza on motorbikes...

I can definitively tell you that the UK is little to with Israel these days. They used to rate British military and equipment in the 60s/70s but no longer. Anything the UK does is at the behest of the USA or for independent military purposes (Saudi Arabia).
Britain is simply not involved these days in the Israeli military despite what you might hear. Years ago it would be true. It's an indictment of the UKs failing influence.
Turkey sells more military equipment to Israel than the UK, likely India too.
I suspect you can look it up quite easily rather than listening to the propaganda.

The threat to Jews in this country is not a minor one and the demographic choices our elites made mean that it's a growing one.

Legitimate concerns.

All over Europe and shown in much research. Although most try to hide the obvious causes. In one of his papers Douglas Murray (before he was somewhat compromised) showed a clear correlation between Middle Eastern and Sub-continental immigration and attacks on Jewish individuals and institutions. When you read the EU papers it's hilarious how they twist themselves up in knots trying to blame only Nazis and conflict flare ups. Yes, those average Europeans always ready to chuck on a uniform and burn things down due to trouble in the middle east.

Hamas by their posturing at the hostage handovers has used up Trump's sympathy and now the gloves are off.

The jew hater is not interested in the facts you write

Better watch out in the future then.

I see nothing of concern there, certainly not to me. My criticism is unrelated to individual faiths. People are entitled to believe whatever they like. My criticism is about faith, any and all faiths, having an influence over public life or any visibility in it. Faith can inform action, but action must always remain lawful. It’s only actions that concern me.

HAMAS citing non-compliance with the agreed hostage release protocol, as all hostage releases are suspended.
Donald Trump's words about buying Gaza and kicking the Palestinians out to a 'wonderful place', probably aren't easing the situation.

There’s no ambiguity there at all!

So long as the criticism is directed to the impact on others and their rights you won’t be in trouble. It’s only direct interference with their own rights or the incentivisation of others to do so that will.

That's impressive knowledge considering the definitions haven't yet been decided.
