The counter to that is that during our stay in the Premier League we’ve had a few times we’ve looked utterly hopeless only for a change of manager to make us look like a different team. Under Holloway in our first season back we looked laughably out of our depth. Pullis came in and we looked organised and positive. We were an utter shambles under FDB and then looked like an utterly different team under Hodgson. I think a change in system and a manager with more flexibility would make us look a whole lot betterEasy to criticize the manager and he has not done enough to suggest he is a winner in the Prem. The recruitment has left us with a squad that is below the quality to be comfortably mid table and even a new manager will face the same issues of us not being competitive in the transfer market and not supporting the manager with a decent squad. Kamada is a black mark for Glasner and we should move him out on loan to a European club in January. Continued lack of proper player investment will keep us in the relegation zone whether its Glassner or someone else.
