Immigration

And of course my favourite Lie from our Elites. ''the British will not be made a minority in their own country, cos all these newcomers are also British"

And we now have the bizarre situation that anybody can be irish, with the exception of an English Nigel. He will always be 'one of them'.............everybody else is 'one of us' formerly Japanese, Sudanese, Martian.

The irony in becoming a citizen of the uk or Ireland from being an immigrant is now you can join the queue for health, social care and assistance with your problems.
Welcome to being in the big pile of nobodies. 😂

Immigration. As soon as your feet hit the tarmac at Dublin airport, you are now irish. With or without your travel documents. Even if you are green, with a large bulging skull and antennae, and from another Planet.

Meanwhile, many Brits find it hard to regularise their paperwork for irish citizenship. Even including Brits with irish relatives.

utter madness

and to echo our lampooning of Sinn Fein..........."Brits out, everybody else in"

Daily occurrence now in European countries.

"One person has died and two police officers have been injured after a knife attack in the French city of Mulhouse.
The suspect was arrested at the scene.
The man injured two police officers seriously, one in the neck and one in the chest. A bystander tried to intervene and was killed.
The suspect is a 37-year-old Algerian who was subject to a deportation order because he was on a terrorism watch list, according to the local prosecutor. The prosecutor has opened a terrorist inquiry because the suspect reportedly shouted "Allahu Akbar".(BBC online)

As a Londoner, living through the 1970's, 80's and early 90's, there was always some trepidation of what the IRA were going to blow up next. Bloody terrorism wasn't too far away, especially going into the smoke near Government buildings.
When the Good Friday agreement came, we kind of though terrorism in the UK would be a distant memory.

Not any more. The UK (and Europe) is now importing people who just want to kill us. The logic escapes me.

It's a meeting of both neo and social liberal mindsets and it's dominated British politics since the 70s....firstly via neoliberalism via Thatcher and then social via Blair....increasingly so since.

Business want immigration because it's good for housing, rents and it keeps wages down.....that's the neoliberal bit. Global neoliberalism doesn't care about borders, it only sees people as interchangeable economic units.

Social liberals and the left want immigration because it fulfils their egalitarian requirements for Britain.....some of them have a distain for white European history and culture, others a hatred and both have the replacement agenda.

Both don't care about the pyramid aspect of immigration....as in so many other cases the 'sunken cost' aspect to the policy has taken them too far down the road to question it.....that's a can they kick down the road for the next set of liars.

The bloke who stabbed 3 Primary schoolgirls and a teacher....in Dublin. Also an Algerian who the authorities were fully aware of being dangerous. An habitual carrier of a knives, a refugee type, longterm unemployed for eighteen years.

Incoming from the south west about a minority doing this. Well if none were here without proper checks and sent packing when there were doubts it wouldn’t happen. It will take a real high profile family member to get nailed before the top are actually bothered. Let’s hope that’s soon then. What’s one more dead body !!!

Immigration? I merely would prefer to live in a country where more or less everyone looked a bit like me, spoke the language I speak, have the same historical and religious heritage, share the same sort of cultural values and outlook - you know, the sorts of things that caused nations to form in the first place.

I don't hope for it but it's a reality that has been imported into Britain, whereas Poland for example hasn't had it imported.....though some on here would like for it to be.

Isn’t that the collateral damage that we are seeing and have to take because third world view immigration is what these people insist on no matter who is affected.

As usual Cornwall is representative though. Out of interest who are the majority there?
It is no more representative than anywhere else. It has many more immigrants than you might imagine though. Studying and working.

The majority here are English. Born outside of Cornwall. Referred to here as incomers. Those who chose to live here, often as retirees.

Yet again you ignore the fact that more people are arriving all the time. There isn't a finite number to undergo this re-education.
Nothing new or revolutionary in that. The process just continues. Some take longer to become us, there are waves that are larger and troughs that are lower.

There are also always those who see it as the finish of the society they are part of.

As of the latest data, approximately 70.8% of immigrants from the EU and 58.0% of immigrants from non-EU countries are employed in the UK.

This compares to the employment rate for non-immigrant (UK-born) individuals in the UK of approximately 74.5%.

It really is of some note to observe that those who have defended immigration into this country for years....which independent of type results in less percent actually working, suddenly now have an issue with those sitting on benefits. The irony is somewhat delicious.

Their instances of drinking the kool aid appears to be very selective it seems.
Many immigrants are not allowed to work by the terms of their visa. Nor are allowed access to public funds and have to pay the NHS surcharge on top of the visa fee.

I am sure you can find one. Maybe Hungary?

You say 'many', what's your evidence for this 'many' claim? Also the same question in regards to not receiving any public funds at all.

You literally moved to one of the whitest safest nicest parts of the country, you utter hypocrite.....and before you moved there you were in Wisbech before it started to import foreigners.

You are the one who doesn't live his principles.

I'd move you to inner London to live the principles you promote for others yet in practice moved away from.

What are you going on about? The guy suggested some things he wanted to achieve. All I did was point out where they might be found.

Nothing to do with me. Or you for that matter!

In fact Wisbech had a large number of immigrants during my time there. Mostly from Eastern Europe. Polish, Latvians, Estonians and Russian with fake Latvian and Estonian passports. I well remember the Russian grocery store which always had young men outside in tight leather jackets looking tough. There were murders in the town too, involving that community.

The Polish people were nevertheless some of the hardest working, well educated and polite I have ever known. Paid bills on time, kept everything spotless and had well behaved happy children.

I moved away from London 60 years ago and have lived in, and experienced, many environments and cultures since. Where, and why, I choose to spend my declining years is none of your business.

I vote for Tower Hamlets, lovely place
