Here we go, blatant two tier judiciary

There is no need for a new justice system just a change in the law.

The Tories had 14 years to come up with a solution within or without the European Court of Human Rights and they failed to do so.
The Tories have no more interest, in controlling our borders, than the Man on the Moon. And they have been lying to voters since at least the death of King George & Coronation of Elizabeth II.

Two tier judiciary ? we can find many examples from history....both ancient and recent. Jimmy Savile springs to mind, the so called 'Asian Grooming gangs' or the lady silently standing a hundred yards from the abortion clinic. What are your favourite examples of two-tier Law ?

** Disagree, you talk about revolution why can't we simply change the law? There is no need for a new justice system just a change in the law.

The Tories had 14 years to come up with a solution within or without the European Court of Human Rights and they failed to do so.

Other members of the ECHR don't seem to have problems deporting people so there must be a solution that is fair and firm.

Who is going to change the law? Not Labour. Not the Tories. Reform? Dig just a little deeper into why they have just shot themselves in the foot. Ask questions about why they have done what they have done to Rupert Lowe? Wonder why Farage has quite literally snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, over and over again?

There is NO voting our way out of it. The entire system is rotten. We are merely presented with an illusion that things can change by trotting along to the polling booths.

I accept its a big step to take to see things like this. And scary. But when you look at it all rationally, away from the background noise of the BS, then there is no other solution.

Though I suspect the outcomes we'd pursue would look very different, I am completely aligned with the above - I see no way out of this mess via the ballot box.

A completely flawed system which, as you say, is designed to give the illusion of choice rather than offer any meaningful lever for change.

It's working exactly as intended.

And the latest....... On the one hand what he wrote was unpleasant. Especially against Sinn Fein who are undemocratic and still march the streets in military uniforms. On the other hand, have we written the odd nasty comment against Brighton ? And does that merit three and a half years in the slammer ?

same judge. different sentences.

the lad above, wrote some violent words. The lad below tried to kill a crowd of people with his jeep. The former got 3 times the jailtime of the Latter.

is that 2 Tier ?

Why do you misrepresent this stuff? It just weakens any point you are trying to make.

"
Footage from Bedford's own phone was played to the court. It showed him leaving a line of traffic stopped at the blocked junction, crossing onto the other side of the road, and turning into another road on which the injured party was standing. The injured party held his hand on the bonnet before moving out of the way.

Under cross-examination by Patrick Jackson BL, defending, Gda Cannon agreed that 150 people had blocked the junction from all directions. However, the garda said Bedford could easily have made a U-turn.

Gda Cannon agreed that two masked men were seen looking into Bedford's vehicle before he made the manoeuvre out of the line of traffic. He also accepted that people were striking the vehicle with their hands.

The garda agreed that 15 males had surrounded the vehicle when it came to a stop and gardaí helped his client by getting him out of there.

He also agreed that a doctor had noted no visible bruising to the injured party's foot, toe or leg, and that no treatment was needed.

Only to you, besides, you haven't been on this site long enough to understand PV, it takes time . . . 😉

So, sorry if this might be seen as challenging but are you advocating change by another route? Revolution? Violence? military coup?

It seems that you are eschewing the idea of voting for our rulers but not actually proposing anything, Mats.

He absolutely is. And that what makes it so fascinating. Matov is the only one on here who has the balls to not only say what he actually thinks but also knows the only way their politics will ever come to power.

That's what I thought, too. I'm diametrically opposed to M's standpoint but at least he's honest. As I recall he openly admits that he's racist (His words not mine).

Yep. Fine with people being open about their beliefs, it’s free speech. It’s the weasels who believe exactly the same but think they’re being clever by not using certain language and being so overt who I have little time for.

i sincerely hope you are wrong. But, sometimes it feels like hoping for warm weather in January - in Croydon. And many online seem to share this pessimism.....

There can't be anything that is much more racist than a legal system that treats 'races' differently.

That is the definition of racism.

The wokies are so far down the rabbit hole on this stuff that they really can't see what is in front of them.

We have got to a point where one often wonders if they have woken up in a parallel universe.

Problem is that you are still framing the debate against the backdrop of the 'United Kington' as viable model for the future. I believe it is doomed. With the evidence of this decay evident every time people step out of their front doors.

The UK will not see a Far-Right Government ever. Because it would have imploded long before that becomes possible. Just the contradictions of the Welfare state are the guarantors of that. What then follows I am not sure. Oddly enough this implosion will probably see a mass exodus of migrants precisely because they are only here for the handouts (and fair play to them. If anybody is stupid enough to hand out free stuff then you cannot blame people from exploiting that) but the damage will have been done.

I am looking forward to seeing what emerges in the next 15-20 years. I hold out high hopes for the East, with places like Hungary offering a truly inspiring vision of what can be done and maybe even Russia becoming the saviour of many.

If you want a possible outlier then maybe South Africa could offer some salvation. Obviously not in its current form but I see places like Oriana, albeit on a micro-level, along with keeping one eye on the Cape Independence Movement as offering potential hope/blue prints for the future.

If the population of Africa seem intent on moving to Europe then I see no reason why it could not happen the other way around? Everybody wins then.

However my preferred option would be an effective nativist European Federation. A genuine European Union. A 21st Century Holy Roman Empire!

Its actually quite a compliment for white people. We are held to higher standards than non-whites. And lets be honest here, we are talking primarily about criminals.

If a white criminal gets longer in jail than a non-white one then he or she is still a criminal. And, thanks to this new law cementing this, really should know better.

You really need to get out of your Internet granny annex from time to time.
ah cmon on. i prefer young lefty radical eagles to the more gerontotropic types. At least Dan never saw the footballers in the big baggy shorts heading a five kilo football while the Hindenburg flew overhead.

getting back to the OP. Two Tier......cmon eagles.....give us some examples.

Katie Hopkins ? Geert Wilders ?
