We've not been rumoured to be after anyone from Sparta Prague. Slavia Prague, yes.
 
Chilwell can also play left sided in a back 3 which will add to our flexibility of choice in defence. Lerma too can slip back into the back 3. So hughes and Wharton can team up in the middle. Plus of course Devernny and Kamada.
Our back 3 yesterday were awesome.

It helps to have a foot advantage over their front three. But they also made some great blocks and tackles
 
Are we really going to be paying him £70k a week, which is apparently 50% of his salary? That's £20k more than Mateta. Sounds outrageous to me and surely not right.

Can someone explain how this can be justified, because I'm going to take a lot of convincing that his input will be greater than JP's?

Well we apparently pay Nketiah £80k a week, Kamada £100k and Edouard £90k (now being paid for by Leicester). Makes £70k look ok.
 
If his track record with Chelsea is anything to go by we'll get about a month out of him before he falls down injured then we'll be paying him £70,000 a week to lie on our treatment table getting massages!

Looks like Jeff might be off to Celtic so thats another £60k off the books .Maybe not such a bad deal after all

Nothing more illustrates the club's ridiculous wage structure - players warming their arses on the bench against players earning less with vital first team credentials.

If we do loan Chilwell AND he stays fit he will be our number one choice at LWB in Glasner’s system.

He is a far superior LWB to Mitchell, it is just his injuries and match fitness that have hindered him at Chelsea.

That would be good business. Jeff has been fantastic for us and I like him a lot but his best days are behind him and he has only been a small bit part player for us this season.

Better for him too surely??? To go and get some more regular game time at a big club, with guaranteed Trophies and European football.
