It shows complete disregard. Can you imagine them contacting Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich or Man Utd in that way.

I'd like to really see us carry on fighting UEFA on this s*** long afterwards, and organise a consortium of allies which are able to confront UEFA as a governing body, even if via the FA.

Maybe Parish should have read your 200 posts saying Glasner should be sacked immediately because you know best and then we probably wouldn’t have this issue.

Not disputing the facts but if it was that cut and dried why didn't UEFA make the announcement on 17 May?

I believe the Euro courts will overrule, and this is probably UEFA's intent, so its not seen as them making the decision, but by then it could well be too late for Palace to prepare for the season, lose players they might not have, and fail to attract the ones they could have.

Maybe I’m doing the FA a disservice and they are actually involved, however I would expect them to be protesting in the strongest possible terms over what is an offhand dismissal of the importance of the most prominent club knock out trophy on the planet.

How you can ever say that a dodgy 6th place (given the financial irregularities) in the French League trumps the FA Cup Winners is utter tripe.

Agree .
Contact and letters of that importance have to be sent by registered post and signed for .That way you know the person has received it .
I get hundreds of bogus mails ,fraud asking to pay a fine ,pay for a parcel because its blocked in a sorting room or whatever ,I don't even open them those mails.

If UEFA use email for important matters like this ,that's not good.

So we circle back, yet again , to whether it was reasonable to make a decision about placing those shares into a Blind Trust when all Palace have done at that point is qualified for the 4th maybe 5th round of the FA Cup ?

But uefa will say how is that their problem.
 
I can just imagine putting shares in and out of a blind trust and not being up for sale apart from certain times of year after you’ve been knocked out and not pre season if you’ve qualified for Europe the next season.

You could have a sale window of about 4 months. I suppose critics and experts see no issue with this and telling prospective buyers to accept it as well and pay up when convenient lol.

Scousers have been extremely effective for acting in numbers.

It becomes an issue for Sports Minister to HAVE to act on if CPFC club and fans act in their numbers, especially given what Mirror is now reporting: UEFA make rule change after kicking Crystal Palace out of Europa League. If fans choose to sit on their hands and moan at a computer screen then the outcome is inevitable...

I think what Rikz was on about in regards to you post, was where you said about the 4th/5th round of the cup, not, about the 'fabled' blind trust. At least i think that's what he meant, if not i apologise. 😀
