Well no, because the USA spent 70 years in a fight with Russia making them build and build and build. Now Trump turns his back on his allies, it's disgusting.
And the treatment and setup of Zelensky by using an attack dog to act disgracefully to an invited president is shameful behaviour, it just isn't leadership nor how it's done, turning it into a soap opera.
It's appalling, what would Trump have done if the USA didn't back Ukraine and Putin steamed into Ukraine, taking all the minerals Trump wants, then looked west into Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland. WW3, f*** off Trump.
£350bn, lying like he does on his golf card. Looking forward to his next move because now he still has to back Ukraine or he'll see Putin take everything.

Who is backing Putin?
Surely, if recent history has taught us anything, it is that we can't trust our own team either.
Of course, one must get behind the side that represents one's interests, but that doesn't mean you have to do it with your eyes shut.

And Trump is used to playing the greed of businessmen and politicians who weathervane, but today Trump's strategy didn't work because he faced a man who is strong willed and loyal to his country, and has nothing to lose with what was on offer. Do you think that Trump is going to want to let Ukraine now lose? ,The bloodshed that would even follow any victory if it even came, and watch Russia make those gains? What a terrible mover he would look. Nope, he's had someone stand up to him and he will still need to get a deal, and still need to prevent Putin from winning.
