More complicated than the electorate not standing for the three card trick of being told "if you don't vote for me you are a mysoginist/racist/fascist/ idiot/all four", by candidates with nothing to recommend them beyond the fact that they weren't Trump.

Personal interest is actually a human trait.
I look after me and mine as you do and have stated. Hence why you praised your family for being anti brexit. Why is that now wrong apart from your TDS!

Actually the Mail are just repeating what the NY Times and the WSJ are reporting. I guess that the democrat supporting media have decided to throw Biden under the bus.

There is a serious point here. If Biden was never fit to take up the Presidency in the first place then a whole bunch of his staff and people close to him have been covering this up for 4 years and subverting the constitution. People worry about the so called Trump January insurrection, well if this cover up is true then that is far more serious than a failed riot, it's a coup d'etat.

You just know the next year is going to be seismic.....You just know the Dems have been deleting and covering tracks as much as they can before January 20th....If I were Trump I'd be well aware of that and wouldn't be sleeping on that while it's happening.

Expect to hear about missing information on a large range of highly suspicious topics related to Trump.

God knows what the Democrats will be planning in opposition, but I doubt it's nice.
We expect their foot soldiers Antifa/BLM to be operating as soon as power transfers.

As I have previously said I don’t think the question is why people didn’t vote for Harris. The Democrats ran a decent campaign which appeared on track to succeed.

The question is why so many apparently intelligent people were prepared to ignore the obvious corruption of a convicted felon who had tried to directly interfere with their democracy only 4 years previously. If they could not support Harris, for whatever reason, why vote at all. No one ought vote for someone like Trump in any circumstances.

This though is not the understandable personal interest involved in protecting family, as Biden has done.

This is like making deals with the devil because they hope to personally benefit from it, even if they know the majority won’t.

Maybe because having just lived through Biden's term they didn't want a continuation under a president who offered even less.

I trust, just as with the Mueller files, the evidence is being collated, copied and sent to secure storage to avoid the new administration tampering with it. Something Trump has no problem in doing.

Hopefully some will be leaked to the press so the threat of its release can be used to restrain him if it becomes necessary.

That might be true with anyone other than Trump. Not him though. Even if you thought his term produced positive results, which few do, you cannot fail to see the corruption and willingness to ignore the system to try to cling to power. That’s intolerable, yet millions tolerated it. The question has to be, why?

Because they had no other option if they didn't want a Harris presidency. Trump was the Republican choice as candidate not the voter's. Why did the party choose Trump? Because they thought he had the best chance of winning. And they were right.
