I agree but the system exists and is quite obviously not being used in the correct manner in this case. Is it because husband is a Tory Councillor or because her “crime” was during the summer riots? Take your pickI have got to be honest home visits and prison don't make a lot of sense, just popping home from Belmarsh has not got much of a ring to it. Prison should mean locked up.

Read the actual judgement and you will know.I agree but the system exists and is quite obviously not being used in the correct manner in this case. Is it because husband is a Tory Councillor or because her “crime” was during the summer riots? Take your pick

Even though she's been eligible for release on temporary licence since November and isn't an A cat prisoner?Read the actual judgement and you will know.

Doesn’t conform to his narrativeEven though she's been eligible for release on temporary licence since November and isn't an A cat prisoner?
I did but that is irrelevant if you actually read the article. She is and has been eligible for release for sometime. No explanation as to why this has not happened, has been given.Read the actual judgement and you will know.

I have a suspicion she's not seen the error of her ways to the parole board. She has to admit that immigration and/or Islam had nothing to do with the murders. She should just pretend like everyone else does, frankly.I did but that is irrelevant if you actually read the article. She is and has been eligible for release for sometime. No explanation as to why this has not happened, has been given.

As I wrote elsewhere you would need to ask those responsible, presumably the police, for refusing it. I can only assume it’s due to concerns that the amount of attention her case is receiving could result in an upsurge of violence again which they wish to avoid.Even though she's been eligible for release on temporary licence since November and isn't an A cat prisoner?

It obviously isn’t irrelevant to those making the decision. The lack of remorse and concerns about sparking more unrest will likely be behind it. No one other than those involved need an explanation.I did but that is irrelevant if you actually read the article. She is and has been eligible for release for sometime. Liz Truss hasn’t read the judgement either. Maybe she also thinks that any judgement which conflicts with your politics must be biased! She shouldn't be in jail and should be released immediately.

If they're that worried about an upsurge in violence on her release they'd better keep her inside forever. As I wrote elsewhere you would need to ask those responsible, presumably the police, for refusing it. I can only assume it’s due to concerns that the amount of attention her case is receiving could result in an upsurge of violence again which they wish to avoid.
I also assume that quiet, private arrangements are being negotiated to allow her to have contact with her family.

The decision rests with the prison Governor. As I wrote elsewhere you would need to ask those responsible, presumably the police, for refusing it. It literally says she qualifies ffs. No explanation has been given as to the decision. So she is being further punished because of media attention? That’s fair isn’t it 🤔It obviously isn’t irrelevant to those making the decision. The lack of remorse and concerns about sparking more unrest will likely be behind it. No one other than those involved need an explanation.

Or wait until the threat has subsided and arrangements are in place for a managed safe release. If they're that worried about an upsurge in violence on her release they'd better keep her inside forever.

Who will seek, and take, advice. The decision rests with the prison Governor.

Qualifies by reason of time served doesn’t, I imagine, mean it’s automatic but subject to review and discretion. It literally says she qualifies ffs. No explanation has been given as to the decision. So she is being further punished because of media attention? That’s fair isn’t it 🤔

And what happens if these criteria haven't been met when she's actually released?Or wait until the threat has subsided and arrangements are in place for a managed safe release.

So it isn't the police who make the decision as per your original assertion.Who will seek, and take, advice.
