Sentences too harsh!

If knifes are banned they will just find other weapons to use. 🤷🏻‍♂️ You can do some damage by hitting someone on the head with a rolling pin.
It's not the weapons that's the problem it's the people.
Ah but if you keep the rolling pin in the knife drawer, it will be locked away 👍

I find it interesting that he felt the need or want to order a kitchen knife from Amazon?

Was there not one at home in the kitchen? Or had his parents secured or removed them?

The Home Office’s ‘Rapid Analytical Sprint’ report, commissioned in the aftermath of the Southport disturbances, has been leaked. It claims that fears over two-tier policing are an ‘extreme right wing narrative’. It also says that grooming gangs (referred to as ‘alleged group-based sexual abuse’) are an issue exploited by the far-right to stir hatred against Muslims.

So we are imagining that people have been imprisoned for tweeting some speculations. It beggars belief that they use the word 'alleged' in regard to the proven multiple cases of child rape by predominately Pakistan heritage organised gangs that have been tried and convicted.

When these goons were elected, I spoke about far left nuts coming out of the woodwork in no time.
Here we have an insight into the minds of some at the Home Office who think that criticism of the establishment has to be labelled as extremism.
The best part is the word 'alleged' to describe group based sexual abuse. It is not alleged. Organised groups have been sentenced for these crimes.

So remember folks that if you express any criticism of anything related to migrant crime, you are a 'far right wing extremist'.

Did you think you would live to see totalitarianism in Britain?

That the far-right exploit the issue to stir up hatred against Muslims can hardly be denied. It’s blindingly obviously true. You need to look no further than at the activities of Yaxley-Lennon for the evidence.

Stating that as a fact does nothing at all to try to minimise the appalling crimes committed by these gangs nor diminish the efforts to bring them to justice.

It’s saying that the far-right aren’t helping. They make things worse.

No, the death penalty for Rudakubana would definitely be the most suitable outcome for his horrendous crimes.

The lady below would certainly agree with you. I will only whisper my opinion in a noisy pub.

The leader of Reform makes claims. The Sun publishes them. Others decide to believe them. Some won’t because they know there are official channels to have alleged inappropriate treatment investigated which don’t involve a right wing politician and a tabloid rag exploiting someone.

None of which has any connection to whether the death penalty should be restored.

Why not? It's only a form of assisted dying or full-term abortion after all.

Assisted dying is a voluntary act, not a sentence. Nor is induced labour in the tragic circumstances when it becomes necessary.
Is near to full term abortion a voluntary act for the nascent child then? Many of our Islamic murderers want to be 'martyrs' - we could oblige.

"Full term abortion" is not a recognised medical term. It is a misrepresentation by anti abortion activists to describe an induced miscarriage in late pregancy which is used when severe abnorbalities are discovered which mean that birth survival is impossible or when the life of the mother is threatened.

There is no child to give ascent.

None of which has any connection to sentencing.

The jailing of many people for both violent, verbal and internet ‘crime’ in relation to the recent protests is imo very wrong. Talking to my mrs she maybe rightly noted that for years many have been calling for action on bad behaviour and law breaking and now it’s done we still aren’t happy; noting the 3000 odd who lost their front doors after the mark duggan riots.
That being said the 2 tier approach on who gets nicked seems very evident for all to see ref a certain ‘type’ not getting their comeuppance.
That being said I do wonder if the precedent set is in preparation for potentially more disturbances which might happen when this lot start imposing draconian green laws, tax rises and basic reduction of liberties. A sort of threat with real examples.
I Probably have not explained it very well but hope you get my drift!

What will a draconian green law look like?
Under what circumstances do you think that these laws will occur?

Typical Left, blasé about bumping off old people and nascent children, but very protective of murders.

Yes but under the new law it can be used under any circumstances not just severe abnormalities, so a baby can be aborted up until the due date. Of course there is a child but unfortunately does not have a say in it. Probably one of the worst bit of legislation passed in recent years

I'm not an anti abortionist but I agree with people who oppose this. It could essentially just mean killing babies in some cases. Doesn't seem well thought out.

Indeed, babies that would probably survive if born and very little time spent debating it in parliament.

As far as I can tell they will be born and then be either left to die or killed somehow. Because abortion at that stage will be like a birth. It doesn't bear thinking about. Sounds terrible.
Honestly sounds looney left, woke gone mad. Seems unnecessary. How many people will this benefit? And how many will exploit it and who will they be?
I wonder what medical experts think? Seems a step too far.
