I can see his issue not being talent but attitude or mentally weak.
This would make sense why he has fallen out with Glasner a man who likes to see people put in effort.
You don't put in the effort you get dropped from being around the other players because it disrupts.

In fairness, it's being reported that he's remaining professional on the training ground. That he isn't that good isn't really anyone's fault except for ours for buying him.
