3 Questions:-
1. Why was the cut-off for share jiggery pokery moved back from June to March?
2. If Palace should have rectified their share position before actually winning the FA Cup why should Lyon be allowed to rectify their debt position after they had achieved their final Ligue position and potential Europa Cup entry?
3. What penalty has Lyon been subjected to for breaching financial debt parameters, or is it a case that you can do what you want until you are found out, rectify the situation, and get away without any penalty?

How did they conclude that a club that clearly broker the rules err didn't. It's not like they have reduced the punishment e.g. point deducted but not enough to relegate them. They have gone from guilty to innocent so why?
