I always felt the outcome of this was going to be a drip feed gradual thing. Its all pointing in the right direction though and is looking correct that Textor has no control over Palace and there is no collaboration between Palace and Lyon. This means as many have said all along, Why should Textor have put his shares in a blind trust back in March when even UEFA are close to acknowledging that he has broken no rules. Especially when he has been trying to sell them.
Agreed that nothing is yet confirmed but I am probably 95% sure now that Palace will get the go ahead to compete.
Sooner thats confirmed the sooner the club can get on with signing the players that Glasner wants.
