Palace potentially denied entry to Europa League?

I'm getting the feeling that this is more about getting Textor, out of controlling Lyon and being a thorn in UEFA's side, than multi club ownership. It's been known that owner of PSG and Textor have clashed repeatedly over TV rights and UEFA listen to PSG. Who wouldn't? Unfortunately we're the scapegoats in this. I'd rather we win the Conference League and sue UEFA than fail in the Europa

I saw that HITC YouTube yesterday detailing the subject. He pointed out that there has absolutely been no sharing of employees, assets or players between Palace and Lyon.
Well... That's not quite true is it. We sold Jake O'Brien to them for a paltry one million pounds.
I hope this doesn't come back to bite us.

if CAS works the same as most tribunals be it for sport (CAS is a sporting tribunal not just for football) so nothing todo with UEFA.

First Stage should be a pre meeting , were the court will say which evidence is reelevate which is not , this is were they find out if the emails are reelevate , they will listen to all arguments why and why not it should be in or out . these are short as your not proving your case at the pre meeting .

Then it goes to the main event , were the panel will play devils advocate , both sides need to prove there case not just us and only with the evidence agreed at pre meeting ,
