Next Manager?

I think we need a manager who wants to be here can negotiate with Parish and can adapt in prior planning and during a match, realism and honesty would also be very welcome.

I do wonder after yesterday's comments from OG that he is angling for a way out sooner rather than later. Given he was hiding his exit for 3 months, he could well be hiding other things - ie. Has he been approached by a club already - ie. United or Spurs ? Despite what he said at the press conference.
Spurs still have CL football as well.

If our managerial target is available or one of our options is available now, I really think the owners should consider a change now.

OG is not covering himself with much glory at the moment, and his reluctance to accept any fault is not good.

1. He doesn't change his system when we don't have the right players available to play it. Ie. When Munoz was injured we should have considered a 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 formation. He's suffering the Amorin virus.

2. Granted investments in the summer were not what everyone expected, but you need to use them. Our first eleven are shattered, no wonder we suffer in the second half of games. Use the subs for fresh legs.

At the Spurs game I did say I thought we could do a managerial swap in the summer.

Now I think we could do a managerial swap this week!

Frank ticks every box for me. Guarantees survival, manages to adapt to player loss, develops players... Not doing well atSpurs isn't a slight on him, no-one does that job well

I'm sure Brennan Johnson would be delighted

Don't realistically believe Paddy is even a short term solution.
Perhaps an Assistant under a proven relegation fighter like Big Sam would be an option until end of the season,if Glasner, is fired very soon.

Errr...he has on several occasions and they have seldom come up to scratch regarding all-defining match results.

How about those 3 out of work managers currently featuring in the to adverts as a joint management team.
Pulis to work on set pieces, Allardyce on ‘respecting the point (and pint) ‘ and Pardew on ‘front foot football, putting the ball at risk.’
What could possibly go wrong?
