Will the Green Party adopt Shoplifters of the World Unite and Take Over as the party song?
OK might be 30 odd years ago but he had quite a formidable front bench in oppositionI was always old Labour. I left with the suspicious death of John Smith. I've never voted Tory but I've also never voted Labour since Smith's death.
These lot are charlatans. And I would rather listen to the band.
The usual deaf and blind write Reform off but they forget that the red wall abandoned Labour in droves voting Boris Johnson in and already half of working class labour voters say they intend to vote Labour. The usual people who’ve lost their senses say there’s 4 years to go. Yeah, 4 years for it to get worse. This government are so bad, and they were supposed to be the adults now in charge.I was always old Labour. I left with the suspicious death of John Smith. Jacob Rees-Mogg reckons it’ll be Ed Milliband lol. That would be so hilarious it would outweigh the pain of the damage. They’d be even more fecked in 2029 then.My take on Rayner.....
Starmer to lose his job by the end of the year. Rayner was the obvious candidate to take over, and had been positioning herself for months. The Blairite faction favour Wes Streeting.
Rayner has to be forced out to clear the way.

I would say they are eminently recognisable as a labour government. Spiralling government debt that they continue to try to address with tax rises and attacks on people who generate prosperity, rather than on public sector waste. And unfashionable as it may be, if you have to increase tax, just do the honest and efficient thing, and add 1% onto all rates of income tax. You might find the economy responds better to that than to a massive levy on employment which is applicable regardless of how profitable a business is, and which disproportionately hits those who rely on employing people. A further lurch to the left will just make all the country's economic problems deeper.Unrecognisable as a labour government.
