Have you looked at a map of how tiny Israel is and it is surrounded by its enemies. All those years ago I’m sure they were unable to Google “best places on earth to form a country, without every surrounding country wanting to kill you because you are a Jew”!

Perhaps you have forgotten but I have been there. The last time just a few days before the Hamas atrocity. It’s not all us and them. There are many good people there, kind and tolerant, on both sides of the religious divide. It’s the extremists on both sides who are the problem.

If a multitude of claims exist then they cannot all be satisfied. Compromise is required. The current Israeli government doesn’t do compromise.

Regardless of what someone's opinion of Israel's current government it's not that fair to view a people purely through that lens.....I mean I'm English and have to live under Starmer and I can hardly be viewed as practically agreeing with most things he says or does...I know that Starmer hates people like me.

Should the UN and the British have allowed what happened in 48 considering what has happened?....as frankly as Einstein wrote himself at the time continual violence was always going to be the result.
