Israel v Hamas

Putting on a " Press " sign does not make you a journalist.

" Journalists " flocked to the photo of the emaciated child which turned out to be a genetic condition, nothing to do with the war and failed to show the poor child's healthy not starving sibling.
Another one too hard for CPFC Saturn, jew hate can only get you so far

You're a very aggressive person - it comes across like you're a moody teenager, which would explain a lot.

No need to move the goalposts, you're just wrong - you claimed Gaza is part of the state of Israel, 'as legally recognised by everyone except some Arabs'.

I am highlighting that not even Israel claims Gaza as part of their state, nor does the UN, nor do most countries in the world (most of which aren't Arab, FYI).

Can you advise of any countries or legal bodies who do make that claim?
To be fair, you are an idiot

Just to be clear, you were completely wrong about Gaza being Israel's sovereign territory - what an idiot.

No I'm not wrong, it's Israeli territory. It's not a country, it's not part of Egypt. Jews lived there until 2005 when they were ethnically cleansed.

You're trying to be clever, but you aren't.

The West bank controlled by the PA and Gaza controlled by the murderous Hamas terrorists are two different entities. Any recognition of a Palestinian state would exclude Gaza unless it was under the control of the PA

That's who controls it. It's not the same as England and Scotland.

If Egypt rolled tanks in would the IDF consider that an invasion of sovereign territory?

I wonder if this is the so called far right.
Maybe it is the far left Jew haters.
I mean it’s a mystery 🤔
It’s much more likely to be someone who opposes the behaviour of Israel and the support it gets from the USA.

I just listened to Jeffrey Sachs on this. He was scathing about Netanyahu, calling him the most vile politician of our age. Which, given the competition, is some achievement.

He said Trump could end this war tomorrow, if he chose to and had the guts to.

All he needs to do is recognise a state of Palestine. Israel would then stand alone, without a veto, and such a state would be created by an overwhelming UN vote. Withdrawing US support and demanding that Israel makes peace would end the war.

Shocker, the left-winger Jeffrey Sachs has this view!

You do realise that recognising a state of Palestine will be rewarding the actions of terrorist group Hamas and make Oct 7 worth it?

If a Palestinian State is to be created, then HAMAS would play no part in any Governance. That has been made clear by all parties putting forward the proposal.
And the creation of a Palestinian state may reduce further attacks by militarily armed Israelis on Palestinian farms and homesteads, where Israel has been expanding its borders. These attacks and murders on Palestinians, and the stealing of their land, have been conducted for decades by rather bemusingly named Israeli "settlers"
