So called Sanctuary cities. Just a euphemism for not obeying the laws. We all have to put up with laws we don't like but that does not give people the right, even elected officials to go against them. If you don't like it campaign, go to court, petition etc.
That boat must be crowded.
ISIS, Russian and Chinese infiltrators, Iranian spies plus the usual criminals and sex offenders.
