So called Sanctuary cities. Just a euphemism for not obeying the laws. Any council that wilfully ignores the laws should be punished by that I mean the key players, if they are elected councillors they should be disbarred, if council officials sacked. We're infested, and they know they can get in because of traitors like these

Green-led Lewisham council will not assist in immigration raids
Lewisham has become the first council in the UK to refuse to assist Home Office immigration raids.www.bbc.co.uk
That boat must be crowded.
It was only a matter of time.

Tough gig being on the shore patrol for that crew. That boat must be crowded.
ISIS, Russian and Chinese infiltrators, Iranian spies plus the usual criminals and sex offenders.
Okay hands up who on this boat is not one of those and is a genuine asylum seeker?
Anyone? Anyone? Last call 😀

All that would need to be created is a new tax code but as you know we'll be too incompetent to do that.Migrants to repay £10,000?
Will this actually happen and if it does will it cost more to administer?

Refugees would be told to repay around £10,000 under new asylum bill
The Home Office will be given powers to recover costs from adults who have received asylum support under new laws.www.bbc.co.uk

I think you might mean " killer's mother ", just sayingHenry Nowaks mother was in the UK "legally" and look what happened.
Plenty of the immigrants came to the country "legally" and have caused a problem. So I think the thread name is fine.
Here is one example: 27-year-old Pakistani delivery driver on student visa jailed for rape in UK for over 8 years

Not really. For instance, I legally get a visa to Australia, I don't live up to my visa conditions, I get deported. Why not in our countries? It's because we have an agenda. Or we're just incompetent. We don't deport the people we're supposed to, legally, deport. Getting deported is about as likely as winning the lottery. This thread needs to be renamed!
This is not about immigration. This is focussed exclusively on illegal immigration, primarily that across the Straits of Dover by those posing as asylum seekers. Which is something there is broad agreement over, even if the methods to achieve the aims isn’t shared.
We need to separate legal, desirable and planned immigration from it because to lump immigration into one category doesn’t serve well. It confuses, obscures and ostracises.
