And when those claims are rejected? Where do they head? For many years, as I have stated before, Italy ( for example) gave illegal migrants a “ free” pass for 7 days to travel through Italy, so they did not have to entertain any asylum claim from them. Does this go against International Law, yes but only if they ‘heard” the asylum claim. I have interviewed many who have said this and, in fact, I have even seen the free pass.
Please don’t believe every country fully abide by International Law, in fact we abide more than most.
