Now, whether or not it resembles 'ethnic cleansing'....you tell me. When a whole neighbourhood speaks only one 'non British' language then its beginning to resemble something from a history of Yugoslavia or other colonisations of history. Its not multiculturalism if it lacks the multi.

Ethnic Cleansing ? try the jewish or christian populations of North Africa.

People do that every single weekend.
