14 years ago? Are you thinking of 7/7, that was 20 years ago, or are you thinking of one of the other numerous attacks carried out by immigrants and/or their descendants.

I don’t pay any attention to who sits next to me on the tube. Nearly everyone on the tube is carrying a bag, especially at rush hour. No wonder you rarely come to London these days if that’s the level of paranoia.

The main reason I don’t come is because these days it’s a pretty awful experience in almost every way. Most of my extended family and many old friends have also left although there is occasionally a funeral to attend.
