Labour announced this in the last 30 mins of Parliament yesterday, just before it closes down for a few weeks I believe.
They are a disgrace but the Tories could and should have done this properly a long while ago.
The local councils involved have too much self interest here as well and so - as stated by another poster - they are protecting Muslims and Labour Councillors.
In a civilised Country this is utterly vile and abhorrent.
I also note that I can find nothing about this on the BBC website, although I am happy to be corrected on that one!

No they were never liberal, they did whatever they could to remain in power in order to further line their pockets and those of the wealthiest.

I fear reform because they won't fix the issue but will shaft what remains of our crumbling system, nothing will increase the wealth gap faster, and they'll use your emotions to get there.
