That there are child abusers apparently exploiting an opportunity they see in pretending to be transgender does not mean that there aren’t others who are completely genuine and who would be as disgusted at the abuse as the rest of us.

The problem is not transgenderism. It’s in making the determination of who is genuine and who is not. That presents a challenge but it’s not one that can be overcome with prejudice.

There’s enough going on with Trump not to have to dig up his historical failings. Each post would be pages long if we did that.

The only time that his historical failings are covered by me is when someone attempts to deny them. Like trying to give him a free pass over the Russian involvement in the 2016 election, or suggesting he didn’t try to overturn democracy in 2020 or that the charges he faced subsequently were all politically motivated.

You don’t need either to constantly confirm your disgust at the activities of the grooming gangs when that’s not the subject. Which in this case it wasn’t. The subject was whether this was truly news.
