I believe the inquiry recommended that the ethnicity of offenders be recorded.

Whether that has been implemented is unclear.

It should be noted for the record and to help investigate other such cases but it's only one aspect of this whole thing. These offenders, whatever their ethnicity, must be stopped and if that means upsetting some community members then so be it.

Has renounced Pakistani Citizenship, which seems a new way around deportation. We should either do a deal with Pakistan (unlikely), remove his British Citizenship making him Stateless or very least, any British passport issued endorsed with “ not valid for travel to Pakistan”.

I agree with the suggestion that any country that refuses to take back it's citizens should be put on a blacklist. No foreign aid of visas until they agree to accept their own citizens.

the approach where a younger person drives around in a nice car and 'befriends' young girls is clearly the pakistani/Indian MO and is now referred to as grooming gangs.

Clearly this is terrible and need stop be stopped but this makes up less than 5% of all child abuse.

Online abuse seems to be more common with non ethnic creeps - see below, all are white and many are women.

Which is in practice what is happening. Keeping the community leaders onside and in the loop is though valuable.

Did you miss “some” or are you just determined to prove how pedantic you can be?

Every one of those jobs anticipates the possibility of human error and has procedures, checks or fail safe mechanisms in place to avoid disastrous consequences.

For instance there are co pilots and auto pilots ready to overrule any decision which would result in a disaster. There is no comparison at all with the situation under debate.
