Doncaster Rovers v Crystal Palace Match Thread

My next door neighbour supports Millwall. My older brother supports Millwall as does his offspring. Please please let us thump the f*** out of them next round 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I was surprised that we gave up the chances we did ( possibly more than in a Premier League game).
Fortunately their efforts were largely powder puff.
Hughes had another good game and Devenny showed a few nice touches, but I don't think much was learnt.
Job done and no complaints.

The pitch looked terrible and Doncaser were a bit enthusiastic with some of their challenges, but aside from that we still managed to play some decent stuff at times and how great was it to see Wharton on the pitch again. At one point he lost two players like he was Eze just with a simple change of direction. The team never needed to get out of second gear, but fair play to Doncaster who made a go of it. I did enjoy seeing fat boy Billy Sharpe get subbed after his stamp on Lacroix. Hughes deserved MotM.

Yes, we did well to come through it without any injuries. Just hope we can do the same at Millwall.

Ladies and gentlemen, tonight we witnessed a miracle.

Franca made an appearance, had a dribble and was not stretchered off.

I never thought I'd see this day come.

That was one of several positives in a dull game.

Maybe I'm being a bit harsh but what does Kamada offer the team. He seems to have no idea how to play in premiership side and just runs around doing very little. Watching him tonight he did not make a single challenge or any sort of tackle. Offered very little going forward. About as much use as an ashtray on a motor bike
On a positve note great to see Franca on the pitch think he will be a good asset if he can stay fit

I'd watch the game again then

Yes, apart from the fact that he quickly saw that Mateta was unmarked, played the ball quickly and thus initiated the 1:0, which calmed the game down, he did little.🙄

Going off on a slight tangent, the way I understand you can only have two players on loan but Doncaster had three loan players in their match day squad, albeit only two on the pitch at the same time. Have I missed something?
