I do see what you are saying and agree until mathematically certain let's not get complacent. I am sure the lads will not.Let's put it like this.
If we don't get another point, which is quite possible with our fixtures, and we maintain a superior goal difference. Ham would have to win 3 and draw 2 out of 6. Leeds 3 wins and draw 1 out of 7. Forest 3 wins and 1 draw out of 6. Spurs would have to win 4 and draw 1 out of 6. Spurs seems the most unlikely, but under a new manager, who knows.
It ain't over until it's mathematically over.
The scenarios you outline above would ALL need to happen, rather than just one or two bolters. I do not see any of them really making a push for it although even if one or two do then we're still fine on 42 points with seven games to play.
I see us very much looking up the table rather than down. We are playing with a freedom which suits the team and getting some momentum.
