Been a while since I browsed the North stand chat site 😅
Has he been telling how to develop property better, again🙂Back when I criticised him he looked weak and was nowhere near the quality of Sam Johnston. Many others agreed at the time. I am very VERY happy to getting proved wrong. However this forum is for discussions and for joy and on more occasions than I care to remember moan and criticise.
I don’t think it’s ‘foolish’ to have done so back when he didn’t look very good and was a fraction of the keeper he appears to be now.
As for Glasner knowing more than me. I should bloody well hope so.
I bet he can’t develop property as well as me though 🤣
I think as we were three up at the time he thought it was a good time to give him some pitch time, give the lad a chance! So, Kamada can’t tackle, doesn’t sprint, doesn’t read the game particularly well, so Glasner brings him in when we are under the cosh when he has two combative midfielders in Doucoure and Devenny on the bench.
I’m lost for words. He must have some photos of OG.
Think it's between Henderson and Hughes for player of the season so far.
Sarr coming good now as well. Even thought Nketiah and Kamada were lively coming on.
The fact that we're now picking up results and doing so without Wharton and with Eze nowhere near his best is very encouraging.
Fantastic win, brilliant end to the weekend!
Wasn’t as he was in our own half. Was offside anyway so wouldn't have counted
Actually we were 2-0 up and struggling hence why most couldn’t understand why you wouldn’t bring Devenny or Doucoure on.I think as we were three up at the time he thought it was a good time to give him some pitch time, give the lad a chance!
My main take outs
- Munoz and Mitchell had possibly their best games of the season
- the back 3 continue to look solid
- the subs, when Mateta and Eze were tiring ,worked well.
In contrast with others, I thought Nketiah looked very bright. Yes, he missed the chance , but be looked sharp and Brighton's defence looked uncomfortable against him
- I'm greedy, but 4-1 would have looked better. I could see nothing wrong with the Munoz goal and we had a few other presentable opportunities
- More plaudits for Hughes and Lerma.
A lot of demands are placed on central midfielders in Glasner's system.
We've two games in a week v Arsenal . Need to keep them fresh. Of course, it could all have gone very uglyWTF is Glasner doing
Is the correct answerWasn’t as he was in our own half.
Excellent summary, but I would pick out Lacroix as my MoM. Nketiah may well come good once he gets a goal or two.My main take outs
