Bleedin larnaca...Match Thread

Yes but what on earth did that match have to do with football. EUFA experience almost totally negative, cheating dominates , referees conned. Fans spend a fortune getting there to supoort the team, and also the EUFA gravy train which is a Mega con. Great that Larnaca eventually got their just desserts, but we had to suffer 210 minutes of cynical diving, fouling and frustrations first. Again I ask what did that have to do with football? But yea we are through, congrats to the team and the away supoort and to Oliver Glasner our best ever manager..Heres to three trophies and out! And may be some decent football before end of season like the end of last two seasons!
Not sure Bert Head would agree.

True they were bloody frustrating cheats. Deserved nothing. At least Mostar tried to play in patches, hence they were clapped off at Selhurst. I'm glad we don't have to meet Larnaca again for the foreseeable.

Anyone have a link to Sarr's two goals tonight, please? Not interested in any s****y Youtube PlayStation links of us "playing""the game tonight ..they're just a TOTAL waste of time for EVERYONE! I'd really just appreciate seeing the goals again! Thanks in advance!

I actually thought the ref was receiving live cash bids for what to call there. It was nowhere even close to a penalty but it was almost like he was waiting for instructions.
Yes, after several of his whistles he appeared to be conducting an auction to determine what the call would be.

Does anyone know if the away leg for Fiorentina will be on Thursday April 16th? On one website it says it will be but on another it says date to be confirmed?
I think so. I'd seen somewhere the dates were the 9th and 16th (both Thursdays) and also, that's what Livescore currently says. However, on the radio and UEFA website, it says 8th or 9th for 1st leg. Assuming it could be changed for TV and announced tomorrow?

Holding fire on booking a hotel for 9th anyway.

To be fair just seen on the official Palace website that home leg is confirmed for Thursday 9th and away leg for Thursday 16th. It says kick off times will be confirmed by UEFA tomorrow.

I thought the referee was awful.. Some of his decisions were truly baffling. He really seemed to have it in for Strand Larsson as well.
Unfortunately the Conference League appears to be a testing ground for refs from less established footballing countries. Tonight the ref was from Azerbaijan. He struggled to maintain control while a seeming endless number of Larnaca players went to ground and applied pressure to influence his decisions.
