Lose and this thread will be full of bile directed at UEFA - 300 pages should be easily achievable !

Shows clearly we lied and f***ed up.
I know what you are trying to say (and this is probably UEFAās starting point) and is common UK legal practice to show who has more than or 25% shareholding for the purposes of differentiating from those that hold only 2% for example. Thatās why, if you hold shares in a quoted company, such as Shell or BP, that you are not mentioned. The articles and Associations and/legal company minutes will further explain what control which director/shareholder has. But this isnāt necessarily held in the public domain.This is been posted online.

That's a companies house filing based on his shareholding at the time and our whole reasoning has been the actual control/influence was not the same as discussed at length aboveI'm not sure that means what you think it means, or proves anything.
Sorry to disappoint forest Daz but that means nothing. Iām a company director with 50% and a person of significant control. I donāt though have decisive control, if I did Iād fire the other shareholder whoās f***ing useless. That said it shows nothing we donāt know, he personally not eagle group owned 43% of palace hold co and had 25% voting rights.This is been posted online.

Most interesting thing is that it names his year and month of birth but not the day. And it looks wrong so probably a fakeThis is been posted online.

After Monday, Notts Forest May fancy their chances against them.Assuming we stay in the Conference League, Midtyland are 2-0 up away to Fredrikstad in the 3rd round qualifying 1st leg Europa League.
I am Spartacus š³Sorry, thought I was doing an ok job š
Spot on. Itās about asking the right questions not jumping to conclusionsThat's the Return filed for Palaceholdco UK Ltd - he may well have significant control of that company, but how many shares does that Company hold in Palace? Is it part of the Eagle Holding Group? Does it actually have any significance in the case in Question even?
Very good. I hope we get the same result.well the fleet have arrived all guns at the ready the first salvo tobe fired , go get them boys sink the UEFA Bismarck
King Parish V: Whatās he that wishes so?
My cousin Holmesdale? No, my fair cousin:
If we are markād to die, we are enow
To do our country loss; and if to live,
The fewer men, the greater share of honour.
Godās will! I pray thee, wish not one man more.
By Jove, I am not covetous for gold,
Nor care I who doth feed upon my cost;
It yearns me not if men my garments wear;
Such outward things dwell not in my desires:
But if it be a sin to covet honour,
I am the most offending soul alive.
No, faith, my coz, wish not a man from England:
Godās peace! I would not lose so great an honour
As one man more, methinks, would share from me
For the best hope I have. O, do not wish one more!
Rather proclaim it, Holmesdale , through my host,
That he which hath no stomach to this fight,
Let him depart; his passport shall be made
And crowns for convoy put into his purse:
We would not die in that manās company
That fears his fellowship to die with us.
This day is called the feast of Palace:
He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when the day is named,
And rouse him at the name of Crystal Palace.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say āTo-morrow is Saint Palace:ā
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars.
And say āThese wounds I had on Palaces day.ā
Old men forget: yet all shall be forgot,
But heāll remember with advantages
What feats he did that day: then shall our names.
Familiar in his mouth as household words
Harry the king, Bedford and Exeter,
Warwick and Talbot, Salisbury and Gloucester,
Be in their flowing cups freshly rememberād.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And Crystal Palace shall neāer go by,
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be rememberād;
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he neāer so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition:
And gentlemen in England and south London now a-bed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crystal Palace day.
If we win, perhaps we could get Kenneth Branagh to recite it on the pitch before the Forest game.well the fleet have arrived all guns at the ready the first salvo tobe fired , go get them boys sink the UEFA Bismarck
