Firstly, I haven't read the the last dozen pages or so fully, so this may already have been said.
Re Blitzer and Brondby, my understanding is that since Palace's arrival in the ECL is a result of direct UEFA action in demoting them, they will take preference over Brondby if Blitzer's ownership is an issue. It may be that UEFA will turn a blind eye rather than kick Brondby out and risk more aggro.

Forest should not be a party to this dispute and have no role to play.
I would be very disappointed if the boot was on the other foot and Parish pulled a similar stunt on Forest.
If our appeal fails, I similarly hope that Forest fail in their attempt to take our place.
If anything Forest use far more questionable practices than Palace ever do.
