If you read article 5 there is no mention of percentages or decisive control. That's all been made up. I assume so UEFA have wriggle room, but it says in black and white it's any involvement with 2 clubs. Earlier on the forum a few people posted the rules so you can see, or go on the uefa website.

The PL have cleared it. It was only the final exchange of contracts that was required so presumably that has now happened as we are going ahead with the appeal.

Buying a share and passing a fit and proper are completely different exercises for what I'd have thought were pretty obvious reasons

The club were informed of UEFA rule changes regarding MCO last September by the Premier League and advised to ensure they took action to rectify any breaches. Parish also admitted that Textor did have some influence over him in his Sky interview last week.

CAS will not overturn the UEFA ruling, we haven't helped ourselves.

I dont understand why fans were protesting outside Selhurst Park against UEFA. UEFA are based in Switzerland not South Norwood, a bit embarrassing.

4th over there must be league 1 equivalent in England.

Another rule that needs to change is that 6th in the French league is better than 12th in the Premier league. That is like saying that 6th in the Championship is better than 12th in the Premier league.

Pleading ignorance is a non-runner. If the speed limit gets reduced in an area and you get caught, albeit not exceeding the previous limit, the judge will not have any sympathy
