We are not in the wrong. The deadline is irrelevant because we are not part of an MCO

I wonder how the players feel at this time. I was hopeful we would be able to keep hold of some of our key players this summer with the promise of Europa league football. I am sure some are reconsidering their futures as a result of this decision. Playing against Differdange or Ararat-Armenia on a Thursday night somehow doesn't really appeal.

Cant argue with any of that but why just roll over? We should battle as far as we can on this or next time we come up against UEFA they will just think they can prioritize others over us. Which is what they have done this time.

I'm not willing to embrace it until the appeal is over. Fight till theres nothing left to fight for thats me. Others might be ready to throw in the towel over this. I really hope our owners dont unless CAS upholds UEFA's decision

So you'd prefer better known clubs closer to home, like Athletico Bilbao, or Rosenborg or Rangers or Union Saint Gilloise etc etc. Still have to play Thursday night tho.

Woody Johnson has passed the fit and proper persons test with the Premier League so presumably he is now sitting in Textor's seat.

It was reported late last week. Cant remember where I saw it but I definitely did. Its not as if this is news. We knew (being a former diplomat and having property in England) that his test wouldn't take long and wouldn't be a problem. I'd imagine Palace will announce it soon but They are probably the only ones that care. Hardly front page news is it?
 
Palace have an outside chance of winning an appeal , I’m preparing for the Conference league mentally though ..
Not going to let the bastards get me down whatever , We won the FA cup and that can’t be reversed .

He only did the purchase in late June, so the due diligence won't have been completed yet
 
regarding the conference, am I correct that winning it gets you the euro cup entry following season?

If thats the case, initially only play U21, squad players etc.
If we progress, at the later stages play the full monty.

However I think its foolish to run out the main names early stages as Prem. must take precedence & also there is the 2 domestic cups (it would be typical Palace to win one again this coming season, like buses you wait for ages then 2 come along at once.)
