He may well try to extend his term but I don’t see it working. He won’t be able to force a change to the constitution and although he has made the Supreme Court deeply conservative they are nevertheless bound by the constitution and would throw out anything in conflict with it.

He is already showing his age. Imagine him in 4 years.
