I read a while back that Tony Popovic was making a real name for himself in coaching. It would be a gamble because of a lack of coaching experience at this level but every new appointment carries a level of risk.
I wouldn't want Parish to bring him in out of obsession for re employing ex players though and lets face it, (Ambrose, Johnson, Bright, to list just a few) he has got form for that.
If His preferred playing style and coaching methods are a good fit to what we have in place and Parish feels after talking to him and experts that know him that he can do the job I'm all for giving big Tone the opportunity.
Its a name that enthuses me more than quite a few others mentioned!
