Trump DEI obsession

Let’s indeed get it right, because you haven’t. All you have done is wheel out the same old prejudices and excuses that you have battered everyone here with for years.

The Democrats did not spend any time trying to put Trump in jail. If they had used their political influence it would have been to stop the cases as making him a martyr was the last thing they, or the country, needed. It was the due process of the law which pursued Trump. He did the crime and the law decided no one is above it. They didn’t persecute anyone. What a ridiculous idea. The idea that this was just a fight between Republicans and Democrats is nonsense. The first fight was between traditional Republicans and the MAGA mob. A fight that the traditional Republicans lost by not standing firm. They were, and still are, intimidated by Trump’s ability to control their destiny. He openly threatens those who criticise him, although those days look now to be about to end.

The Democrats were proved right. Trump posing as a martyr alongside Biden not standing down early enough handed him the victory. Something the electorate there are now learning to regret.

The Democrats are not left wing. Not in any sense of international politics. Of the two parties in the USA they are further to the left than the Republicans under Trump but so is almost everyone. They are liberals who hold a centralist position on most things. They don’t believe in public ownership of state assets. They do believe in the benefits of capitalism and encourage entrepreneurs. They believe in free trade and in cooperating with like minded economies. They stand up to dictators, and don’t appease or admire them.

Neither they, or I, are “anti-white”. A term which is grossly offence to many and says so much more about those who use it than ever it does about the intended targets.

Your prejudice over gender dysphoria and towards those both suffering from it and those trying to help them is something I think you need to seek help for. It’s abnormal.

It is perfectly natural to want the rights of others not to be impacted either, which makes charting the right course difficult but just dismissing those who are genuinely struggling as “autistic” shows wilful ignorance born exclusively from prejudice. It’s disgusting to read.

Trying to understand and accommodate all people isn’t evil. It’s showing compassion and love. Qualities sadly lacking in your contributions.
To Accommodate all people is impossible.
The majority to have the best outcome from decisions. This cannot also be means tested or racially biased. It has to be the majority as a number.

DEI has ruined University admissions in many parts of the US. Cos now the best candidates, with the best school-grades, are not getting accepted. Not onto the best courses. There have been protests from Chinese-americans about this. All high IQ and highly motivated. They are regularly getting passed-over for acceptance. All cos the Lefty brigade want a class-photo that accords with their Coca Cola advert of american life.

When you need an operation at hospital, who do you want standing over you in a gown ? Dr Wang, IQ 184 ? or a graffiti-tag kid from Croydon whose school grades were dire ?

Unfortunately, we are not all of equal abilities. That's the way it is.

The best candidates for jobs being passed over is just self-defeating

Which is why I said “trying” to accommodate! We can never achieve nirvana. We can only strive towards it.

In a well functioning modern democracy, reflecting the will of the majority doesn’t mean you ignore the needs of the minorities. That principle being in everyone’s interests as you never know when your majority will become a minority.

That’s not happening under Trump. Minorities are being trampled on. I hope that when they become a minority their desire for revenge doesn’t take lumps out of their butt.

Obviously true but DEI is intended to achieve this, not stop it.

Removing barriers composed of prejudice and privilege and taking decisions based solely on ability is the whole point of DEI.

Should it stray into providing greater opportunities for those from minorities then it has lost its focus.

If that happens it needs to refocus, not be abandoned.
