Trump DEI obsession

Where, in the report, does it say that about ATC? The report says very clearly that it was the military.

For goodness sake.

Is this your 'characterisation' again?

Come on, mate, get a grip.

The the news article I posted:

"The US government now admits failures by the pilots of an Army Black Hawk helicopter and a controller in the Reagan National Airport" - quote from the article.

"“The United States is admitting the Army and FAA’s responsibility for the needless loss in the crash of an Army helicopter and American Airlines Flight 5342 at Reagan National Airport. However, the government rightfully acknowledges that it is not the only entity responsible for this deadly crash,” plaintiff attorney Robert Clifford said in a statement in response to the filing." - quote from article

I don't know if you linked another report in your opening post on this thread. But the article there suggests that both the army and air traffic controller were at fault?

I think I have been calm and measured in my responses to him? I think he seems a bit emotionally on this one?
Not at all, my friend.

Once again, you lot rally round; it's such fun to see.

This a response to the report and an attempt to push what Trump said initially and not from the report itself.

Even you can see that, no?

Has the full report been published yet? The news article said that "A final report and probable cause from the NTSB is not expected until next month at the earliest."

Maybe you can share with us the full report?

Naturally, this post has been in response the the initial findings of the enquiry which doesn't support the Trump response but, of course, we shall wait to see the publication of a final report.

Yes, you shall have to hope that the final report does indeed lay blame on air traffic control, although, prior to that, you very clearly would like to draw your own conclusions regardless.

Let's take another angle on this.

Would you prefer it if ATC employed DEI hires to say, 50%, or 25%, whatever in the locations where you are flying.

Literally they are going to employ against merit to get the right culture or race, and your aircraft is going to be flying there.

What's your reply?

Off topic, Spindle.

This thread is not about the issues, it's about Trump's response in this case.

You may have missed it but I also said that if DEI played no part, why not investigate it openly? That would that put it to bed.

I don't hope anything. It was a tragic accident and it wasn't Trump's finest moment in my opinion laying blame straight after the tragic events.

Like you said let's wait for the final report.

Anyways it's almost kick off. Lighten up! Let's get the year off to a good start eh 🙂

Absolutely, mate.

Let's hope we win today and get some momentum back.

Cheers. 🙂

Is he writing his OPUS?
Oh, old snippy is back with the barbs.

Hiya mate.

Well, if it takes an OPUS to, finally, get an acknowledgement for Trumps 'Not finest moment', this could have been settled without all the spadework, four pages earlier.

Anyway, enough of this.

Match day and we're all Palace here.

Please, please, give us a win, you football🙂 gods

Barbs? Not sure about that but fair enough. We will indeed, care far less if Palace win. Fingers crossed 🤞

When Trump talks out of turn they lose their s***.

When Biden was incoherent and clearly incapable they went along with the silence until the Democrats admitted it.

If 'losing my s***' is pursuing this until it's finally agreed that the Trump's response was unnecessary, then so be it.

Interesting, your use of losing their s***. Didn't happen mate but the lieutenant has spoken so it must be true. heheh.

Again a wokeist is called out and bottles it. You would be happier if your ATC's were employed on merit.

In other words you would prefer that DEI isn't used for such important roles, therefore that makes Trump correct in getting rid of it.

Now you're losing your s*** at my suggestion that you're losing your s***.

You carry on at this rate and your diarrhea or irritable blowhard syndrome could be harmful.

Calm down and mentally hydrate, just don't apply for a job at flight control.

I wish there had been more equity and inclusion when I left school. Leaving a comprehensive with no qualifications wouldn't have stopped me getting better jobs than the crap that was available.

So does disagreeing with someone and putting counter-arguments now qualify as "Losing your s***"?

Heheh.

Extraordinary.
