No immigration other than northern Europeans is the key.
'Controlled immigration' frequently means, the guy or lass you want then brings in their whole family of relatives from the third world.
Economically It's the 'line go up' neoliberals who have destroyed this country.
I'm happy for the economy to go to the dogs.....Hell, it is going to happen regardless, we are one economic shock and loss of confidence away from it anyway.
Perhaps if the economy crashes we might lose a lot of the foreign economic parasites who have latched onto this country and dragged it down.
The actual British can rebuild it.

Immigration has been lied about since the end of World War 2. Multiple Tory manifestos said that immigrants would be sent back....Never happened. But it was never seriously bad until Blair....and then the Tories went berserk.

The issue is that politicians look at such things as labour shortages and the state pension simply as problems to be solved. They also see don't care about consequences of policy beyond the five years of electoral musical chairs.
If they really understood the social, cultural and demographic changes that their immigration policy would cause, then they just didn't care.
The British have been betrayed. Their safety and security has been compromised. Britain no longer looks like Britain in the cities and many towns. This has all happened in a couple of generations.
If Immigration is to be controlled, it will now have very to strict. Deportations of criminals, illegals and spongers also has to happen.
I would build a huge prison/holding centre on one of our territories and process deportees through it. I'd also send 'British' criminals there if their parents or grandparents came from oversees.
I would also clamp down on religious practices and organisation. Faith is a personal thing, and this is a Christian country. We cannot allow the continuing spread of religious dogma and violence.
We have to restore this country to a level which is acceptable for our future generations. This is not about nostalgia. It's about survival.

I may have missed it but I haven't seen any comments about TRump using the military to destroy drug smugglers and their boats.
There has been the usual suspects moaning about Human Rights but I agree with his strategy.
Drugs in the US create violent crime and ruin lives. Then we hear that many of the policial leaders in the area are not only turning a blind eye but actually profiteering from the drug trade. Countries like Mexico, Columbia and Venezuela etc.
If the leaders of these countries are not prepared to do anything then the US is entitled to view them and the drug gangs as hostile and take action accordingly. America is under attack from these vicious gangs supported by the politicians.
Personally I would order Seal teams to eliminate the gang leaders as well as the smugglers.

I agree with a 'war on drugs' strategy but I don't believe that's what's happening with Venezuela, who are a minor player in regards to drugs that reach the US.
That's far more about geopolitical politics and they dress it up by focusing on their drug trade, which is more into the Caribbean.

Extra judicial killings in foreign waters is never a good look, especially where there is no immediate threat to life. Where do you draw the line?

I doubt it, Venezuela nationalised most of it's oil and gas 20 odd years ago and it's not worth the risk. A shame because in terms of reserves they have the most on the planet.
