Chaps the driver was more than three times over the limit doing twice the tunnel's speed limit of 31 mph....One little mistake at that speed with close up steel infrastructure and it's curtains.....They were trying to lose paparazzi and after they struck the pillar.....Well the two in the front became rather too intimate with the car engine for their own survival.
If Diana had worn a seat belt she's have survived.
I don't believe ambulance teams can be convinced to murder without at least one of them if not all of them balking at the idea.
I don't believe it would be very easy to manipulate a crash to ensure Diana died.....There would be easier ways to kill her. Nothing was found to be wrong with the car's systems.

I don't know is the honest answer. It's possible, but we aren't supposed to know.
There are suspicious elements to it, but one has to be convinced that an accident like that could be orchestrated and information controlled.
The best reason to suspect foul play is who it was and what she was involved in.

They lied to the world about Kennedy and the evidence for that conspiracy was seen by millions. The Zapruder film. That alone should have been enough, even without Jack Ruby or all the other ignored testimony.
The Diana accident seems like a remarkably contrived way to kill someone, but perhaps that is precisely why it was done that way. Maybe they thought that the lone gunman and the suicide story had been done one too many times.
On the other hand. It might have been an accident.

Indeed, every morning I thank him for all he has given me. He hasn't in any way contributed to this new cold war has he? He's an entirely innocent, above board, nothing to see here, kind of guy. Everything that has happened has been either Ukraine's or the West's fault. Putin just wants to enjoy his hard earned billions, yet the west keep on f***ing up his imminent retirement.
