This is a massive stretch and again just parroting the Kremlin line.
So if it would only happen in the event of a peace deal, how is it escalation?
Starmer wanted the second referendum.....I put nothing past him.Feel free to call me a paranoid loon....
This lunacy from Starmer? Trying to somehow cajole us into a 'Rejoin the EU' position? Pose it as a case that now we can no longer rely on the US to 'save' us from the Russian Bear, then we need to go back under the umbrella of Brussels?
Happy to be slated on this one as I just quite trust my own thought process. And perhaps trying to see smoke and mirrors on this one where they simply don't exist...but something ain't adding up.
The military situation with Europe doesn't really rely on the EU.Feel free to call me a paranoid loon....

It's a fair enough criticism. So did Farage in the even of a loss (which he announced after he had bought the exit poll data saying he'd won, and then told his hedge fund pals such as Crispin Odey to short Sterling for a brisk profit)
PS, I want full rejoin, euro, schengen, no veto, so a hard Brenter. The opposite of the daft old sod society.

On that diplomatic front I don't think we have had anything like as poor as Biden and Trump, but the American system seems to have an issue with retiring their boomers. One thing that Starmer is for sure is a proper diplomatic statesman. We've not had that for some time.
Trump should actually be thanking Zelensky.
Why?
Because Ukraine aid is supporting the US defence industry, and surely everyone realises by now that this is what the US has been doing across the globe for decades.
Gaza? Made in Iowa.
The US has actually provided less aid than the EU, 120 billions not 350 as Trump says, and the defense industry is the main beneficiary.
