Having not been to Cornwall in many a decade, I’m not sure if this type of surgery is welcomed and endorsed by its residents.

I’m not a doctor or medically qualified but my opinion is that this type of child mutilation is wholeheartedly wrong.

What’s wrong is the deliberate use of ignorant and inaccurate language.

Corrective surgery done by caring professionals is never mutilation.

When someone is at the age to decide, with all the support and careful verification available, is another question completely.

He did know his son was vulnerable after losing his mother and his brother. He knew he was a drug user and had become involved with dubious overseas businesses. He could not have been that surprised when the other things came out.
