My take on it from watching the video was that she acted dangerously and recklessly, and also the ICE agent drew and shot his weapon a bit too fast.

At the end of the day you don't drive at law enforcement and expect nothing to happen. She was asked to get out of the car and refused and then drove at the ICE agent.

Why on earth were ICE dealing with crowd control? They are not trained or qualified for the task.

It’s well documented that he pushed social media adverts ,campaigns of misinformation before the outbreak.
RFK chairs Children’s health Defence an anti vax group who targeted Samoa with Facebook / social media ads and posts .
This was up to a year before the major outbreak .

“I want to see nobody get shot. I want to see nobody screaming and trying to run over policemen either.”

So, the woman was attempting to run down the officer when, in fact, we can see the front wheels turning right so she could drive away. She did not point the car at the officer. We see him shooting at really close range and we're told that three shots were fired.

I was told that we shouldn't worry about what Trump says and that it's just his way. Yup, misrepresentation of the highest order.

Yet if anyone should quibble about his scandalous talking, it's put down to TDS. Not bad, eh?

Two things can be true at once, sometimes several things.

A country with armed police and citizens may always be a recipe for disaster.

A media driven political effort, convincing the weak minded that their identity is dependant upon narcissitic pursuits disguised as empathy, is an equal recipe for disaster.

Unfortunately, the twain may occasionally meet.

Was this same ICE officer who was almost killed by a car a few months ago and dragged along the street? (I've not confirmed this just seen a few reports on it)

Perhaps this explains why he was very quick to take his gun out?

I waited until I saw the video shot by a bystander which appears to show the whole event before commenting. High stress is not evident. The “officers” are calm and do not act as under threat. It’s unclear whether the car touched the guy with the gun, but if it did it was only a slight brush at less than walking speed as the victim was attempting to move away. The guy, who had already drawn his gun, fires 3 times through the open window as the car moves away from him. He then calmly walks, with no apparent injury, to where the car has crashed.

I also saw the video from the senior management trying to justify the action. Their description was totally at odds with what I saw. They claim the action was self defence. Something the local mayor described as bs!

So unless there were things that happened prior to the video I saw this looks to me to be nothing less than a murder. There is no way the guy who fired could claim he was facing a threat to his own life. You don’t shoot people who refuse to get out of their car and try to drive away.

Lets not forget the initial videos of the Manchester Airport incident that were put up on social media. However people were keen to jump on the police brutality bandwagon, how wrong they were.

let's look at the full context....ICE agents were conducting lawful operations in a tense, chaotic scene with protesters interfering. The driver refused commands to exit, then maneuvered the car in a way that put an agent in immediate danger. A split second decision was made. I'm sure there is a law that an officer can use self defence if they think their life is in danger?

As I've said previously my view on it is that the woman acted dangerously and recklessly, and also the ICE agent drew and shot his weapon a bit too fast. Could the officer have simply side stepped the vehicle?
A tragedy and a sad loss of life.

I do have some questions tho why was the woman there in the first place? Was she following ICE agents all day? Was she blocking ICE cars? Or was she simply caught in the wrong place wrong time? Does she have a wife? And was she on the pavement recording all this? If so why?
