The UK is already dispersing asylum seekers around the UK. Those migrating here legally to fill jobs or study go where their work or studies take them. On my walk with the dog this evening I passed just 3 people. One is a nurse from Nigeria who is renting close by with her husband, also a nurse, and their children. The others were an elderly guy with obvious mental infirmity and his carer. The carer, from his accent, also appeared to originate from Africa. Things change, perhaps slower in some places than others, but a sizeable number of my wife’s nursing colleagues weren’t born in the UK and none of the consultants in her department were.I've just got back from the States and saw the Democrat meltdown first hand. On their news channels they were very quick to start pointing the finger of blame at anyone and everyone from Biden to the electorate (of course) but only a couple of their commentators appeared to have "got" what had happened. The panel was open mouthed when a young female panellist, when asked what she thought the Democrats needed to do to earn back their lost votes, simply answered "Drop Progressivism".
Something I found really interesting though was that they seemed to agree that the bussing of migrants to Democrat led areas that had no real experience of what those near the border were living with was a game changer as it suddenly brought the problem, literally, to their doorstep. It appears they didn't know how to handle it and it very quickly became a problem shared.
Wouldn't it be a good strategy to follow here? Imagine the response in places like, say, Cornwall, or Brighton and Hove.
This is the world we live in and to imagine that racism and xenophobia will change it is delusional.
